Now the sword was placed I belive after the creation/birth of Wangnan as it was stated that it was "waiting for him for a long time". As was shown in the hidden floor, even real Jahad was surprised by the return of Baam and he says "Son of Arlene, I thought I had killed you." So he did not know of Baam's existence before this moment. Here's my reasoning as to why I think the sword won't ask to kill Baam. However this does not mean that he won't try to kill Baam later down the line.
